To understand your situation, contact you about your request, manage your case, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing you didn't agree to.

Sharing

We never share your details with third parties without your written permission. The only exceptions are where the law requires it (for example, a lawful request from a court) or where you have engaged us to communicate with a lender or legal professional on your behalf.

Storage & retention

Case records are stored securely on services we trust (such as the Google Cloud platform when live) or locally in your browser during demonstration mode. We keep case records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

What we do not do

• We never “buy” or rent your personal data.
• We never publish your situation, photographs, or testimonials without written consent — and we do not publish fabricated proof.
• We never share your information to target you with high-pressure loan products.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to us. We will respond within a reasonable period.
