By using this website or engaging PKS India Consultancy, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose.

What we are

PKS India Consultancy is a borrower-support consultancy. We provide advisory, documentation, and communication guidance. We are not a bank, NBFC, credit information company, debt collector, guarantor of outcomes, or law firm. Legal representation, when required, is arranged separately with an appropriate legal professional.

The consultation

The first consultation is free and creates no obligation to proceed. Nothing is ever charged without your explicit, written agreement.

Engagements & fees

• An engagement starts only after a written fee plan is agreed.
• The activation fee and the professional fee are confirmed in writing before work begins.
• The professional fee is set per case from an agreed case-value basis.
• Early closure results in a proportionate credit, per the Refund & Cancellation policy.

What we promise — and what we don't

We promise diligent, organised work: clear documentation, considered written communication, and steady follow-up. We do not promise specific outcomes such as waivers, settlements, or credit-report deletions. Any statement promising a guaranteed lender outcome is not part of our service.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to respond within a reasonable time to our requests, and to meet agreed deadlines for documents and decisions. Delays on your side may extend the timeline of your case.

Decisions are yours

We advise; you decide. Acceptance of any settlement, restructuring, or proposal is your decision, taken with our guidance and documentation.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, or for losses caused by information you provided incorrectly or incompletely.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kolkata having jurisdiction.
